The Evergreen Hotel is inviting qualified contractors to tender for internal fit-out works as part of our
guest room expansion programme. The works will involve preparing and furnishing newly built
guest rooms, bringing them to full operational standard in line with our hospitality quality
requirements.

Scope of Works
- Internal partitioning and plastering (where applicable)
- Electrical, lighting, and socket installation within rooms
- Plumbing connections for en-suite bathrooms
- Flooring, wall finishes, and painting/decorating
- Installation of fitted furniture and soft furnishings
- Compliance with relevant UK building regulations and health & safety requirements

Estimated Contract Value
£40,000 – £85,000 (Over £25,000 procurement category)

Tender Requirements
- Company profile with relevant hotel or hospitality fit-out experience
- Evidence of qualifications, insurance, and regulatory compliance
- Detailed cost breakdown and delivery timeline
- At least two client references for similar completed works
